MODEL 4-TR330-D TURBINE BLAST CLEANING MACHINE COMPLETE WITH DUST COLLECTOR

• Application: Continuous abrasive blast cleaning of structural steel sections.
• Blast Cabinet: 2500mm (L) x 1200mm (D) x 1500mm (H), fabricated from 6mm mild steel, lined with 6mm Bisalloy 500 and Ni-Hard wear plates.
• Turbines: Four (4) RDD-40 direct-drive turbines, 2.2kW each, 2850rpm, 40kg/min per wheel, abrasive velocity 46.2m/s.
• Conveyor: Horizontal roller conveyor, with 1 x infeed and 1 x outfeed (each approx. 2500mm).
• Abrasive Separator: Airwash system, 500mm wide.
• Abrasive Storage Hopper: 400kg capacity.
• Ventilation: 2000cfm, 0.7kpa, dust collector included (reverse pulse type, 80m² filter area).
• Electrical: Turbines 72.2kW two-pole motors, dust collector fan 2.2kW TEFC motor.
• Safety: Enclosed guards, OHS-compliant access.
• Origin: Hybrid build (Thailand & Australia).

Included:

• One (1) infeed and one (1) outfeed conveyor, each measuring approximately 2500mm, linked together and driven by the cabinet roller drive assembly.

Special Notes:

• The distance between turbine rollers is 300 mm.
• Therefore, the shortest length of steel is 700 mm.
• Opening Size: 600 x 300 mm, work product size: 200 x 500 mm
