KDE 603 PROFILE DRILLING

• Machine gantry in ribbed welded design to carry two horizontal and one vertical drill unit for fast handling of material
• Drill carriage with drill spindles in sturdy design, running in double placed backlash-free linear guide elements for a long lifetime of the machine and low maintenance costs
• Electro-mechanical drill feed via ball screw drive, rotary encoder and servo motor
• Manual tool change with quick change chucks for fast handling
• Feed connected air cooling device with spray oil mist cooling system for a reduction of lubrication
• Self-adjusting horizontal and vertical clamping device within the automatic cycle for optimal clamping of material
• Chip container integrated in the machine bed, movable on rollers for fast and easy removal of chips
• Countersinking program for all 3 drill spindles
• Automatic chip break function by defined interruption of drill feed in infinitely variable drill depth steps in order to extend the lifetime of the tool
• Thread cutting program for the drilling spindle
