Technical Overview

• Year of Manufacture 2015
• The machine is in an excellent condition (hardly used); installed in 2016 and work very less hours in 2017 and again not used in 2018. The customer can set up a complete factory with the saw line and plate processing machine. The machine has plasma and oxy-fuel as well.
• The machine is already equipped with plasma HPR 260XD and Donaldson extraction unit. The machine was installed and commissioned in 2016 but went in production mid. of 2017 with oxygen and drilling operations ONLY and was not used much ( see enclosed pictures for the cutting table).
• Machine can processor a plate of 2500mm wide x 6000 mm long on the infeed side & 2 m  Outfeed roller conveyor.
• Powerful drilling motor capacity of 26 kW
• Drilling sizes from 8 to 50 mm
• Can use both HSS and carbide tools.
• Plate thickness from 6 to 60 mm
• Magazine with automatic tool changer (6 tools)
• Equipped with oxy-fuel cutting unit and prepared for retrofitting plasma cutting unit (Plasma source and dust collection system is optional)
• Contour marking, counter-sinking and tapping/threading processes are possible in this machine
• Automatic central lubrication
• Lantek nesting software
• 6 months warranty on parts and labor
• Installation, commissioning and training
